Snowy weather in Concord, NC and other Farm Happenings!

What a winter this has been so far!
We thoroughly enjoyed the snow last week, and I was so thankful that my spring plants were covered in a thick blanket before the incredibly cold night last Tuesday. It seems like everything stood still for a few days.
We were able to squeeze in the dahlia workshop before the ice storm January 25! I will be repeating this class for sure–mark your calendar for Saturday, April 11 if you are interested.

This coming Saturday is Valentine’s Day!
I’m excited to be at the Junior Charity League of Concord’s Galentine’s Celebration on Tuesday, Feb. 10 at the Hotel Concord with dried flowers, plants, and bud vases!
I’m not offering big bouquets this year, but I will have dried flower bouquets, plants, and bud vases available at Nothing New. I’ll put bud vases out on Friday and Saturday–let me know if you need me to set one aside for you!

Check out the Explore Cabarrus website for their great feature on Nothing New!
If you’ve wondered about Nothing New, this is a great introduction to what the shop is all about! I love having a space in this super cool vintage clothing store to showcase vintage finds, flowers, houseplants, and more.
Thank you as always for following along with what’s happening at our farm! Even in this cold and darker season, we’re growing flowers. I expect anemones and tulips to start blooming by the end of this month!
Stay Curious!
